Murga Boot Company products are Custom and Handmade to the client’s measurements and specific selections of: colors, skin, style, toe, heel, sole, initials, artwork.

 

Store credit issued at the discretion of Murga Boot Company, within 2 weeks of delivery of product to client on NON worn product; NON Custom Order, NON artwork, NON personalized initials.

 

We guarantee that we stand behind our quality products and we make every effort to make the correct fit for each client.

 

Adjustments/fittings are normal and expected for some clients.

Client tries on product to see its fit and comfort.

1-3 adjustments may be required to achieve the correct and final fit.

 

NO RUSH ORDERS and NO RUSH DELIVERIES.

Boots-Delivery times are approximately 10-12 weeks from purchase date of most boot products.

Exotic skins, special color request, artwork, sizes 13 & up, and ordering more than one pair of boots at a time, can take 14-18 weeks, or longer.

Belts- Delivery time is approximately 8-10 weeks from purchase date.

Jackets- Delivery times are approximately 10 weeks from purchase date for most jackets.

Exotic skins, special color request, artwork, and ordering more than one jacket at a time, can take 10-14 weeks

Murga Boot Company does not share any client information. The information that you provide to Murga Boot Company is to complete the order, the sale and the delivery products to client.

 

Form of payments accepted

We accept American Express, Discover Card, Master Card, & Visa credit cards.

We accept Cashiers Checks via US Mail. Upon receipt of check, your order will be put into production.

Payment in full is required when order is placed.
